Separates colour channels and rotates/offsets them to create a kind of "prism" effect.
Prism mode keeps each channel intact, whereas Random mode scatters the pixels in a random manner, according to the parameters specified below.
Deviation
The distance from the original centre of the image channel.
Angle
Angle offset for the separated channel.
