Active Matrix Colour

Specifies the colour used to light the "active" LED segments (a.k.a. notches or matrix).

Background Colour

Specifies the colour used to fill the background area.

Enable Inactive Matrix Display

The emulation of an LED display means that when some of the segments typically used to make up a numeral are lit, others are "inactive" but commonly visible as 'potential placeholders'. By default this is enabled. Disabling this option will result in the removal of the "faded/unused" segments.

Use Custom colour

When this and the preceding checkbox is enabled it will become possible to specify a custom colour used to light the unused segments of the LED characters.

Padding

Adds leading spaces in order to force the numerals to a predetermined and fixed length.

Spacing

Modifies the spacing between each character in the display.

Extra Width

In some cases, the segments that make up a character LED display may require 'beefing up'. Use this parameter to experiment with it's appearance.

Extra Border top/left/bottom

Adds extra blank space between the outer edge and the start of the LED display.

Display as Project's TimeCode

Overrides (and hides) all proceeding settings and forces the digits to display the current frame in a time code format HH:MM:SS:FF.

Digits after decimal point

Specifies how many digits should be displayed after the decimal point. To display as a whole number, leave this as zero.

Regenerate Random Numbers

Forces the use of a different set of random values.

Starting Value

Specifies what number to begin with.

Increment Interval

Modifies the timing for the increment modifications. i.e. Increments will be made every 'Nth' frame.

Increment Amount

Specifies how much the value should change. When the range difference is greater than one, a random number between the low and high value will be chosen.

Next Pause At

Specifies when the incrementing process should be restrained. When "paused", the last value will be held for the duration specified below. When the range difference is greater than one, a random number between the low and high value will be chosen.

Pause Duration

Specifies how long pause should last (see preceding setting). When the range difference is greater than one, a random number between the low and high value will be chosen.
