Fills an entire region by repeating the image supplied.
In the above example, a 20x20 background tool was repeated with no
horizontal or vertical gap specified, in order to partially obscure the
image behind the filmstrip.

Gap X
The horizontal spacing (in pixels) of tiled images.
Gap Y
The vertical spacing (in pixels) of tiled images.
Fill Background Colour
The background colour applied before any tiling takes place. The
default value is black with ZERO alpha.
